Breeding Schedule of 2026
General Policies
*Kids must be sold in pairs unless the buyer has goats of similar age already on their property. This is to prevent the kid from being bullied by older goats or being lonely.
*Lake Emory Farm is not responsible for any health issues once the goat leaves the property, however, we are always available if an issue arises and the buyer needs assistance.
*We reserve the right to refuse any sale at any time.
*In the case of a buyer selling a Lake Emory Farm goat, while not required, we do appreciate being notified and given first option of buying the goat back.
Health and Kid Policies
*All goats are disbudded no exceptions.
*All kids are placed on coccidia prevention no exceptions.
*Our herd undergoes CAE, CL, and Johnes testing every year. We are currently a clean tested herd.
*When reserving your goat, a non-refundable deposit of $100 is required to hold that goat for you until pickup.
